Students apply and show culinary and administration skills in a working foodservice facility situated on the school campus. The Real Estate Program offers a number of options, which prepare college students for growing levels of responsibility and career decisions within the field of real property. The Professional Baking program will put together students for employment in areas of baking and pastry arts. Students will reveal the ability to prepare and formulate baking/pastry recipes, assess meals costs and gross sales costs, and organize every day duties for successful completion of baked items. The National Restaurant Association Serve Safe Exam is run through the first semester.
