No individual other than the purchaser may alter or destroy any labeling affixed to the primary packaging of hashish or cannabis-infused merchandise. Each cannabis-infused product supposed for consumption must be individually packaged, must include the whole milligram content material of THC and CBD, and may not include greater than a total of one hundred milligrams of THC per package deal. A bundle could comprise multiple servings of 10 milligrams of THC, indicated by scoring, wrapping, or by other indicators designating individual serving sizes. The Department of Agriculture could change the whole amount of THC allowed for every package, or the total quantity of THC allowed for each serving measurement, by rule.
